We advise on the best way to secure the property and at the best price. We strive to add considerable value to the purchase and are paid only on results. We are property brokers, different to property search agents.
Traditional property search agents place considerable focus on finding the property. We believe this level of service is necessary for buyers who are short of time or for reasons of privacy and status need to employ a finder to keep their identity from being disclosed.
Our business is designed for buyers who have no reason for privacy, just keen to find and secure a property on the best terms. We place considerable value in our skills to negotiate and secure property whilst assisting the buyer to find the property. We are “brokers” not “finders”.

We work hard to find and introduce “off market” properties. Once you are correctly registered e regularly make contact with estate agents to keep them focused on your search. We send you market updates and a weekly list of new properties launched to the market.

The seller has employed one… In all successful negotiations it is our skill that ensures success. We are the people on the ground; we have considerable local knowledge and know how to present your offer in the most effective way. We never give up and know how to place you ahead of other interested buyers.
Before making an offer we prepare a list of comparable properties to prove the offer is in line other properties recently sold in the neighbourhood.
We give our clients confidence. If the property is not right we will always suggest you consider an alternative.
On signing our terms of business we charge an initial fee of £1,500. From this point we are your appointed property broker and will advise on all residential property maters. A further closing fee of £3,500 is payable on completion of any transaction negotiated on your behalf. Our task is to secure property at the best price. All our fees exclude VAT.
